    Quite simply, the best made and best 70 - 200 mm lens I’ve ever used. Sharp from edge to edge. Fabulous colors. Fast focusing for a Z lens. Expensive and worth every cent.

    Excellent! Sharp, great edges, color awesome and well controllable. Also, the Teleconverter 2.0X keeps the quality of the lens with out adding too much weight and length.

    Image quality is excellent, I used the TC-2x Z teleconverter and the result is outstanding!!!! Clear pictures beautiful colors.

    Sharpest lens I’ve ever used

    This lens like all the Z lenses is super sharp in fact it’s the sharpest lens I’ve ever used, sharper than the Fmount version and that lens was excellent.

    My goto Lens

    This was my goto lens with my D5, and when I traded in the D5 for the Z7, I bought the Nikkor Z 70-200. Love it and well worth the investment.

    Extremely Sharp even wide open, but still 3.3 pounds and same length as older lens.

    This is extremely sharp, even wide open. I had the FX lens 70-200mm f2.8E VR lens which I thought was as good as a lens could get, but the Z mirrorless version is even better. However, I was disappointed that the Z lens is the same weight and size as the older FX lens. I thought mirrorless allowed lens designers to create small and lighter lenses than the older FX lenses.
