I am enjoying this lens on my Z8. The autofocus and the zoom allow me to have the combination to enjoy photographing landscapes, people, animals, food, etc. The colors and sharpness are terrific. Photo of sunset attached is an example. If you view on a computer screen you'll see a flock of ducks flying in from the West.

The 24-200 NIKKOR Z lens takes some excellent photos. I’ve been primarily using it for automotive photography but I also took it on a family vacation and it worked perfectly as my everyday carry lens. It basically stays attached to my Nikon Zf all the time now.

This is my first Z lens. I found the NIKKOR Z 24-200mm very sharp, and the VR allowed me to hand hold my Z 7II at 1/2 sec with no camera shake. Only two minor issue that I have with the lens, is the autofocus is a little slow, and I am used to switching my DSLR lenses into Manual Focus with one movement not four.

This is now my favorite and best lens I own. As soon as I put it on the camera I could notice it was better than most just in the viewfinder. I love it !!!

I love this lens and have it attached to my Zf that I got recently. I was looking for an all-purpose, general use lens to keep with me when I travel light, or don’t want to change lenses.The lens is very sharp. Maybe not as much as some higher-end lenses, but it’s certainly more than perfect for everyday shooting when I don’t need one of my pro level Nikkor Z lens models. And I have 14 Z lenses, and about a dozen other older F lenses in my bags and cabinets.My Zf and 24-200 are becoming my favorite everyday use camera. I’m doing less and less pro work these days since I’m 72, and when I’m shooting for fun, it’s going to be used when client-demanded perfection isn’t needed; but in many instances, I’m sure this lens would also fill the order.
