NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S

This lens performs great in all the situations I have encountered. Quality, sharpness and picture have blown me away.
Can´t wait for the Z Series70-300 lens to hit the market, tired of carrying the FTZ ring to use with my telephoto. Simple will be much easier!!

Lens is compact and sharp and crystal clear. Great companion for Z 7 and easily handles the high resolution.

Love this compact well built lens. This lens blows the 2.8 G 24-70 out of the water. I own the Z6 and Z7 and this lens is phenomenal on both. I honestly don´t see myself ever needing the 2.8 version of this lens.

I acquired this lens as part of a Z6 kit. Good quality for general use - so far it´s mounted most of the time, replaced by the 85mm when needed.

Much more than the usual kit lens. Sharpness very close to prime lenses. Focuses quickly and quietly. It is also weatherproofed. Ideal focal lengths for all around shooting. While it is only an f4.0, it is a fixed aperture throughout its focal length range. If it were faster, I would have given it 5 stars. An excellent bargain when purchased in the Z6 kit.

Perfect match with my Z 6. Appreciate the versatility, especially when shooting video. Commercials shot recently for regional cable and broadcast TV have garnered compliments on clarity and low-light performance.

Very sharp lens! You can take exceptional low light pictures with these lenses. Great size and compact for a 24-70mm. A must-have lens if you have a Z7 or Z6! Takes advantage of the camera´s resolution.

I have owned close to a dozen Nikon lenses and find the 24-70mm f/4 S to be one of the sharpest. When using the Z6 body and higher ISO speeds it´s very close in performance to the higher priced f2.8 S. The lens is also both lightweight and quiet when focusing.
