I just got my Nikon Zf and I love it. I see the value of a big viewfinder. It is remarkable how large this view finder is to the point where after my initial set up was complete, I just turned the backscreen inward and no longer use it. It is EVF all the way. Although I am not a fan of their auto ISO implementation which is confusing and over engineered, I have found a work around that helps manage this messy implementation. I miss the FUJI film simulation but found a site that has a lot of custom color profiles that work for me.. The auto focus is excellent and only occasionally hunting or missing if your eyes are in between small tree branches obscured by leaves or flowers etc. I find the camera to be have a good heft and not light. I also use the fantastic 40mm f2 retro. Perfect fit for this camera. Waiting for some Sigma primes to pair this with in the future.

The Zf brought me back to the days of having a F3t. The camera is the perfect size, has manual controls, state of the art focusing all in a small format body. It is impressively fast and its great to be able to customize the screen displays and controls. Looking forward to pushing it to the limits.

What an awesome camera! The creative control offered by the Zf , combined with Nikon’s state-of-the art technology, brings excitement back to photography! The low-light images are just amazing. All this in a package that is the epitome of craftsmanship!

I was holding off from switching to mirrorless for a while, mostly because the cameras weren't very attractive to look at... that changed with the new Z f. It struck me as a well designed industrial design masterpiece, and it drew me into the mirrorless world. It's now my main camera over my D series bodies. The eye detection autofocus is a dream to use! It's like having an autofocus system that can read your mind. It looks great and is built really well, I can feel the quality simply holding it. I'd love to have a chrome or titanium version someday.

This is an incredible piece of equipment! There are many, many features yet to be learned, but even the most basic settings allow me to take really nice photos. I’ve already started using the focus stacking feature and found it infinitely better than my old manual approach. The detail captured with a 105mm lense is about as perfect as I can imagine! Hats off to all of the Nikon engineers!!
