Z 9

Great camera. Affordable and works as expected from a flagship. Glad Nikon is back.

Game Changer. I have owned numerous Nikon cameras over the years and am absolutely thrilled with the Z9. The autofocus (straight out of the box) is awesome comparative to my D750 or even my old D800. The color rendition is on par with my other Z body (Z7). I have not had a chance (due to weather issues) since I got it to really put it through its paces, but so far, extremely happy,

I have been a working photojournalist for over 40 years. This is truly the best camera Nikon has ever made. The controls feel as though they were made for my hands no cramps while shooting long events. All controls are easily accessible at multiple locations on the body itself. I ttruly do enjoy this camera

Truly a wonderful camera. I live in Alaska and primarily photograph wildlife. Today I took it out for more testing; weather conditions were not the best possible for “ideal” photography as the light was dull and it was snowing. The camera performed flawlessly as I photographed Red Fox, Moose and Barred Owl. Autofocus was right on whether I used Auto-area AF, 3D or single focusing point. Twenty frames per second shooting RAW was amazing and certainly didn’t hurt the effort ;-). Despite the somewhat difficult conditions, there wasn’t a single hiccup in performance and I returned home with some great images. This camera was SO worth waiting for!

Finally a flagship body that has everything a professional could ask for. Truly a joy to use.

What's not to love. The auto focus is so fast and sharp which helps with birds in flight and the illuminated buttons help with astrophotography and quality you can feel. Thanks to Nikon for delivering a camera that will improve our photographs.

Couldn’t ask for a better camera. Owning a d500 and z6ii this combines the best of both world and improves on it. Quick autofocus, excellent 3d and eye detection and best of all, mirrorless with no shutter. Only negative is I find myself taking more photos at games than previously with the other cameras.

I'm loving the little things (adjustable viewfinder size for eyeglass wearers, optional red display for night photography, Starlight view...) as much as the big ones (eye autofocus – whether people or animals – is amazing). I’m simply blown away by the Z9’s capabilities. Its ability to acquire focus so rapidly, even in low light is a revelation abs actually makes me laugh at times. My Z7 took beautiful images, but had focusing issues, primarily in low light situations and with flash. The Z9 has no such issues and is a joy to use inspiring confidence the entire time.
