    Super low light.

I was especially impressed by the low light capabilities. I am an early morning macro photographer, so it helps substantially.

My 9th Nikon body, the Z6II is SUPERB!

Posted by Josh Adams on November 15, 2020

I have been shooting with Nikon for the last 10 years. I have had the D2X, D90, D7000, D700, D750, D810, Z6, Z50 and NOW the Z6II. I have been shooting with the original Z6 since it came out in 2018. I preordered it as soon as it was announced and was ecstatic when it finally arrived! The Z6 quickly became my GO-TO body for everything, and remained a secondary body to the D750 and D810 on wedding days, until I got comfortable with its reliability. I have since shot 7 full day weddings with the Z6 and as soon as the Z6II was announced, I also pre-ordered it! Well, the Z6II arrived 1 week ago as of the time of writing this review at 3800 photos taken. I can say that I LOVE this camera just as much as the Z6 and now with the 2nd card slot and Wide-Area AF box, it is a PERFECT camera for my needs. The auto focus is slightly quicker and more accurate than the latest firmware update to the Z6. I have not done a side-by-side comparison, but I can notice a slight advantage to the new Z6II.I look forward to continuing to see what Nikon is able to do in the future firmware updates to this camera, also looking forward to trying out the Z7II and continuing to capture stunning images for myself and my clients! Z 6 ii does not disappoint

Posted by Thomas Beaudoin on November 15, 2020

the new Nikon Z 6 ii camera is everything i hoped it would be. Used with the new Z Glass Focus is very quick and very sharp. the Dual processors have really improved the speed and the AF Focus for the Z systems. the Dual card slots allow for some peace of mind when doing wedding shoots. and the side grip availability is good to have. i have included a few pics, but i cannot wait to use the new Z 7 ii this Dec.
