Excellent exposure quality
Every camera brand has a unique picture quality -- I used to be able to tell the exposure shot from a Minolta or a Cannon. They were unique to those camera. The D7500 also has its own unique exposure and I love it.

Just returned from 10 days in Greek Islands, where the blue sky and white buildings make for beautiful pictures. I used the fold out LCD for low angle shots. The shutter release button for video has been moved next to the button for still photos, which is a great convenience. Fill-in flash worked well for back lit subjects. Snap Bridge did not work all the time, and I used the cable connection to down load images to my iPad --- same as with D 7000. Overall, nice upgrade from D 7000.

This is my first ´´Real´´ camera. It is very easy to use. Can´t wait to purchase additional lenses to enhance my ability to take a wider range of photos.
Again, Awesome Camera!

I bought this as a lightweight alternative to my D3S and it has not disappointed. I have been very impressed so far. Everything works great. Easy to use and the photo quality is as good as any camera I have ever used. I actually prefer it over the D800 I had.

First of all, I am not a photographer of any kind but have always wanted to be since childhood. I grew up taking pictures with Polaroid cameras until I advanced to the film cameras and just took pictures and just got them developed, I purchased a Nikon D90 from a local pawn shop and fell in love with the way it took so many pictures with one touch of the shutter button. I asked the lady at the photo Lab in Sam`s Club if she would tutor me on photography but she said she didn`t know enough but gave me the number of someone who would. When I called him he said he only uses Nikon and he would do it. I have to come clean...I owned a Canon first. Still have it but don`t use it, and gonna sell it. I purchased my D7500, found a 17-55mm lens to work with, and photographed a baby shower for a friend on the 7th of July and the pictures came out beautiful. I am learning a lot on youtube and find that Nikon is very popular among a great majority of the photographers there. I have purchased some dvd`s on how to operate this wonderful piece of technology and plan to continue to take photos for friends and family and possibly make a little change on the side. I love both my cameras. Going deep sea fishing tomorrow, 7/ 28/18 and taking my D75000 with me. GREAT EQUIPMENT!!!! I highly recommend it.

I recently purchased the Nikon D7500 prior to an Alaskan Cruise. I previously had been using an old Canon Rebel X so was ready for an upgrade. After much research, each time I kept coming back to the Nikon D7500. It wasn´t the cheapest, but certainly wasn´t the most expensive. Some features that really impressed me where the # of focus points, the ability to capture video in HD and the low light ability and it didn´t disappoint. I am by no means a professional photographer and have a ways to go before I figure out all the functionality, I was able to point and shoot out of the box. The rest I have learned along the way.

Just moved up from the D7200 to the D7500 and couldn´t be happier. Incredible camera and I really like the tilt screen. Started with the D70 and have been with Nikon since with the D80,D90, D7000, D7200 and now the D7500. When you find the best stick with it. Headed for a road trip to National Parks from the Grand Canyon to Teton National Park. Looking forward to some great photography with my D7500.

4 out of 5 because I don´t like the idea of going down megapixels. If you own a very long range lens really don´t need those megapixels and you´re fine with the 8 frames continues shootings. But in case that you don´t invest in a expensive lens and use the regular 70-300mm VR and you need to shoot some birds that are far away you probably want to crop the photo to get the bird in frame and there´s is when this camera would let you down. If you have a big budget to spend in lenses, this camera is for you, if not go for the D5600, a little bit slower but great results with regular lenses
