A pleasure to use, a fine digital electronic camera.

Wow. 24 megipixel and full frame sensors does a fantastic job for birds and wildlife. The rawfiles are between 28 -30 meg so there is a lot of information to work with.

    The D750 does it all

Posted by tradergary on February 18, 2019

This camera is awesome! The quality and versatility is astounding and in the true Nikon tradition. The photographer has total control over every aspect of an exposure, or can choose an automatic setting. It is without a doubt the best small format SLR I have ever owned and used in my studio.

    Great Camera

Posted by sdad on January 27, 2019

Well I wanted to upgrade my camera from the N90 and was really happy that the price on the D750 had come down to a great price but I guess I should have waited another couple months and got it even at a better price. I really like the features of the D750 such as the built in WIFI, as well as the tilt screen. The rest of the camera is pretty close to the D700 and D7100 that I already own. I´m not a pro but I love taking great photographs of family, friends, landscapes and monuments. I´m planning on doing a Senior portrait photo session with my oldest granddaughter who will be graduating with honors from High School next summer 2020. The camera works like a beast and I´m sure that if the time ever arises that I decide to get into the pro photography process this camera will carry me through until I need to upgrade once again in the future. But until then my photographs look great and the camera has done everything that I have expected it to do. Thanks for such a great product and keep up the great work.

    LOVE this camera

Posted by HaveCameraWillTravel on January 22, 2019

This is my second 750. I loved my first one to death....so now it sits ready for back up if needed. Although my first 750 was a part of the shutter recall and I had some issues, Nikon repair took care of it. It is a great full frame, low light camera that has traveled the world with me. I have used it for everything from night photography to street photography to landscapes.

    Just another amazing Nikon Camera

Posted by Roundby on January 14, 2019

I have been a NIKON user since my first F3HP (which I still have and use) from back in 1985. I have used many other cameras, many other brands but keep coming back to NIKON. The lenses are unmatched in consumer and prosumer models (D70 and D7100) and the functions and flexibility of the software on the camera make them my all time favorites. Now the D750 is my first venture into full frame and using the lenses I have DX and the new lenses I have purchased (FX) the quality is unmatched. The detail in my photographs, the focal length of the lens, the ability to choose from field to spot metering and focus is exceptional. I am looking at mirrorless cameras too but I feel the FX cameras will keep me happy for a while.

I had been thinking about upgrading to an FX DSLR from my D90 for a while, but couldn´t decide to make the jump until I had a big vacation to NZ coming up, but within a few test shots after purchasing I knew it was a great decision!

    Starting Over

Posted by BeastOwner on January 7, 2019

I had been taking pictures in the early 70,s and had the darkroom set up. Loved taking photos and all mine yards. Then life got in the way and photography took a back seat.
I had been talking to my wife about getting back into photography since dark rooms are no longer the fun they use to be.
Unbeknownst to me, she and my daughter in law were plotting something for my birthday.
I got surprised with the D750 and was hoping to something a little less challenging. I was wanting a ´´Cessna´´ and they got me the ´´Space Shuttle´´. LOL
I have some help from my DIL and suddenly, things started coming back. I have a good site for help and took out the ´´Beast´´ for a trial run in the desert where we live.
Not wanting to just use ´´auto´´ it was much easier to use than the old SLR Nikon with the focusing screens.
Time will tell, but I am really looking forward to catching up and using this marvolous machine.
As anyone who is a photographer knows, patience is the virtue that is required.

    Great to go full frame

Posted by rikker on December 31, 2018

Been happy as a Nikon DX owner since D50 back in 2006. Went to D80 and D90 as soon as they came out mostly for their improved display screens. Went to a 7200 a couple years ago for the higher ISO´s. But have always been wishing for the nikkor 70-200 since my Canon F-1 and Vivitar Series One 70-210 3.5 days. I´m not a pro but an advanced amateur and like to get photos of the kids indoors in hockey rinks and gymnasiums. Bought the D750 full frame on sale and 70-200 and my life is complete. Awesome instant focus action shots in low light with the combo.

Great First Step Up To An FX Nikon

Posted by JeffLord on December 26, 2018

So, I finally decided to step to an FX Nikon and the D750 was the perfect way to go. I´ve had a D5200 for 5 years so was ready for the upgrade. Last time I had a ´´full frame´´ Nikon was my N2000 that I loved and truly missed. I didn´t buy a kit, as I wanted to stick with the kind of goto lens I used with my D5200, so bought the AF-S NIKKOR 28-300MM F/3.5-5.6G ED VR to go with it. I also took my first step into wide-angle zoom with the AF-S 16-35/4G ED VR. I could not be happier with the results! I´m an enthusiastic hobbyist, and retired, so am really going to get more into this. I´m more of an outdoor/nature photographer but I want to expand beyond my comfort. I´ve used both lenses for this, as well as some indoor photography and the pictures have been amazing. I knew going from DX to FX was an improvement but didn´t expect the results I have gotten. Just got an SB-700 and have never really gotten into flash photography but, again, stepping out of my comfort zone. Long story short, if you are looking to move up from the DX format, you will not go wrong with the D750. It feels really nice in hand. Buttons and screens are different but nothing too difficult to learn. And the MB-D16 added not only the extra battery, but added to the overall handling stability. At least for me. Pick yourself up one of these and enjoy sharing your world with it!
