    Back with the Nikon Family

    Love it. Reminds me so much of a D600 that I had years ago. Looking forward to building my collection of prime lenses that I once had. So glad to be back with a Nikon, yes the buttons and menus are different, but there is enough similarity that picking up and shooting has not been that difficult.

    The Z5II is all a camera guy will ever need. The lens on the other hand is great don’t get me wrong but you always need/ want more. There is no better place to upgrade and expand your shots than with the products that are right here at your fingertips. A+++

    Very pleased with the purchase. The packaging and refurbishing of the camera body gave me a lot of confidence that I made the right decision. This is my 2nd Z5ii and purchased as a backup.

    So Far So Good

    I haven't yet had a lot time to play with the Z5II, but it does seem faster and more accurate than my Z5. Color and contrast is very good. Auto focus solid. Battery life OK. Which is one complaint I have, no battery pack available from either Nikon or Vello. I have not yet used the hot shoe, remote shutter release or hooked it up to my star tracker. I have primarily used a new 24-120 f4 S lens - which is nice, but not quite as sharp at the edges (especially wide open) as I would have hoped. Hope to make this combo my go to for 1 body 2 lens travel. One issue for that may be the lack of a dual battery grip, which I have for my Z5. A few more outings will tell the rest of that tale.

    Love the Nikon Z5II camera with the Nikkor 24-120 S Lens. New to the photo world so still learning all the things that can be done with this camera. Found a lot of videos that have helped. Still lot to learn.
