I have been into photography since around the are of 12 and as I got older and started working, was able to build a nice little 35mm darkroom and buy a few cameras, the Nikon F, F2, FM, all great cameras then came the D60 in 2009. I started to depend on my Iphone's most recently but the creativeness was just lacking until I same this little gem on this site. It was what I was used to using with my 35 mm machines and now had the D60 plus higher technology in the same look as my older Nikons. Great job and my hats off to Nikon! Now looking at the Zf but I will wait it out a bit while I explore theis Zfc.

This is my 4th Nikon. I started years ago with the Pronea, then moved to a D300 and later to the D500. I'm not a pro, but I'm a little more than an amateur, and I wanted a camera that would be lighter and smaller for travel, yet could still give me the results came to expect with the D500. I spent more than a month researching all the available compact mirrorless cameras, but ultimately decided to stay with Nikon - not only because I was already familiar with all the settings and controls, but also because the reviews on the internet and in publications I respect compared it to the D500. I'm glad I chose the Z fc, and I'm enjoying learning how to use it. I can see how this would be a great camera for someone just getting into photography, but it's also an excellent choice for people who already know the technical aspects of photography and want a camera that gives them the freedom to be creative without having to carry around 10+ lbs. of gear. My Nikon cameras have literally been "to the ends of the Earth" with me (I've crossed both the Arctic and Antarctic Circles, and visited all 7 Continents). This cousin to my D500 won't replace it, but will accompany me on my next trip simply because it is so much lighter. Plus it sure is pretty in person!

I really like this camera. It is fun and has a beautiful classic look. I've been a Nikon shooter for the last 10 years and the Zfc is a great camera. I love what it does with the colors.I love my D780, but this Zfc is second. It's great for travel, street photography, or capturing that shot of your kids playing at the park. The manual could be a little more intuitive in explaining the menus, but there are videos you can watch to learn more about this camera. Get one and you won't be sorry.

I've been a professional photographer for over 40-years, I have a Nikon Z9 and a pair of Z8 cameras that I use for work. I love Nikon's pro cameras, but I've been searching for a 'fun' camera to use when I'm not working. The Z fc is small and light enough to be unobtrusive, but with adequate controls and capable enough to capture images as I envision them. I've owned many point and shoots and small cameras from several manufacturers and even though I've only owned the Z fc for a couple of weeks I can say with confidence that the Z fc is the best small camera I have used so far.

I am blown away at the abilities of this camera. Having fun learning/comparing to my old film SLR.

This is my sixth Nikon since 1965. This is a lightweight, easy to use camera. It handles well, easy to operate, and fun. The learning curve is simple and enjoy taking pictures with it.

A great camera for travel and walk-around. I'm now shooting more than ever before. I love its retro look., light weight, solidly made and easy to operate dials. Battery life is a bit low and I wish the remaining charge indicator was in percentages.
