    Low light champ

Posted by Rafael Lopez on August 26, 2023

Been behind a camera for most of my life. I just got into sports photography. The Z7 is a great camera but the noise looks bad in low light. The Z9 has noise but it looks pleasing. No regrets in buying the Z9.

My awesome Z9 that replaced my awesome D850.

Posted by ALBERT GARCIA on August 23, 2023

I’ve had my Z9 for two weeks now. When I decided to transition from my Nikon DSLR 850 to a mirrorless camera, I knew I had to get something as good or better than what I had. After watching countless videos online and some firsthand experience with other individuals and their mirrorless cameras I settled on the Z9. My Nikon D850 is an excellent camera and I have taken it on many safaris and countless trips. My Nikon Z9 on the other hand is truly amazing. The best part about the camera is its video feature. Yes, it takes excellent pictures, but the video is the one thing that my D850 lacked. I continue to watch videos on the setup and usage of the Z9 which seems to be endless. I am very happy with my purchased and this will truly be my last camera for a long time. (I said the same thing about my D850)

    Everything I ever wanted.

Posted by Thomas Lynch on August 22, 2023

My Z9 is 12 days old and after two shoots, I am must say that the term 'Flagship' is appropriate. I love the feel and access to menus. It's hefty, but I would expect that from a machine like this. Focus and focus options don't make me miss my 850 or Z7-II. I know that there are many online resources, but I miss getting a real manual with a camera. Make sure to go through the setup procedures. Two shoots done and I am so pleased.

    Best Nikon Ever

Posted by Alan Newman on August 15, 2023

Have been using NIkon photographic equipment since the Nikon F was first introduced. This is by far and away the best camera I have ever used. It definitely has a learning curve associated with it, but once you use it and set it up the way you want it will not in any way displease. Like it so much I also purchased a Z8 which is like a little brother to the Z9.

    Awesome Camera

Posted by Mike Craft on August 6, 2023

Really awesome camera! This has just recently been added to my group of cameras, D700, D810, D850, Z6ll all with battery grips. This is smaller and lighter than all of them in size. I have found shooting with the Z9 a real pleasure and amazingly fast AF for a lot of the sports I shoot. The layout is extremely easy to adjust too from all the other Nikons. I’m still working on learning all the hidden features it offers. I plan on using this for a very long time and look forward to exploring all it has to offer me 4.0 upgrade was great and hope more will come in the future.

    Buy this camera

Posted by David Lide on July 23, 2023

Not much that I want to change with the Nikon Z9 other than maybe making it medium format lol. I have over 13+ years of experience in the media world as a professional photographer.

    Big jump from my D500

Posted by MICHAEL BERCHAK on July 22, 2023

Just got it and started using it. Its a major jump up from my D500 so I have a lot to learn and get used to. It seems to be able to get me closer and I figure that more time and experience will close that gap even more. I like it and Im glad I got it.
