Z 7II

I chose the Z7II to supplement my D850 and D500. I shoot birds, wildlife, travel, street photography...the Z7Ii works wonderfully with all types...with an exception for birds in flight...I own several Z7ii bodies as I travel to Africa with multiple lenses...the Z7ii paired with the Mirrorless 24-70 or 70-200mm works great. I also use Zeiss Otus lenses, which work well with the Z7ii and the adapter...The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is the camera still lacks in its Auto Focus of birds in flight. I am a convert to mirrorless but use it to supplement my D500 and D850.

This camera is an amazing all-around camera; it does everything that a professional photographer wants and needs. This is a true professional/expert DSLR-style mirrorless camera.

And I don't even have a Z7II, but I own a Nikon D-850 with great prime lenses for 3+ years now and I'm still amazed by the dynamic range and possibilities that I have with this camera and sensor combination... I can only imagine this in the Z body and updated, it must give you medium format and movie capabilities in a small mirrorless body!I love Nikon and all their glass I have used for the past 25 years! Kudos!

Less than 72 hours into my Z7ii, but so far it is amazing. I have been shooting a Z6 since 2018. In many ways, the Z7ii is both familiar and far superior. This Z7ii was my 70th birthday present and the first picture was the ornaments from my daughter and son-in-law to commemorate the birth of my first grandchild this year on my brithday.

Absolutely the best value, crisp sharpness in the Z lenses, and superb manufacturing quality. I didn't like waiting two months for it, but glad that I did. I'm looking forward to expanding my Z lens collection. This is a great camera!Nikon Enthusiast.

This is my first mirrorless camera and I'm loving it so far. I've only had it a couple weeks but I can already tell that the new mirrorless system is amazing. I love the new Z7 II and the accompanying lenses!

After less than two weeks with it, I can already tell this is one great camera. I keep looking for things were it might be lacking, and so far, I haven't found anything. It does everything I need, and more. Not only does it work with all of my F-mount lenses (via the FTZ adapter), but the images are sharper than ever. The addition of the second card slot means I can use this camera on a job, and not have to worry about losing images to a corrupt card. It was that one thing that kept me from going mirrorless in the past. Now it's time to move forward.It's quiet, even when using the mechanical shutter. The viewfinder and the LCD screen are bight, and easy to see. All the information I could ever need is right there. I went with the Z7ii because I do not need the extremely fast frame rates or the exceptional video capabilities of the Z6ii. What I need is the extra megapixels the Z7ii offers. Images are clear and very sharp. That's not to say the Z7ii can't fire off a quick burst or capture some great video, it certainly can, but for my shooting needs, the 45mp is the key. Fun and easy to use. I love it.
