AS GOOD AS i COULD SEE!

Posté par Blaine Holzer le 30 mars 2025

I've had the 10x42 Nikon HG binoculars for several years. Bought them at a store that had all the Austrian and German high end binoculars and even some really nice ones from Japan. Anyway after thoroughly checking out the Zeiss and Swarro guys I honestly couldn't tell much difference amoung the high end pairs (without even looking at the prices). The Nikons were as good as I could see! The price was an added bonus for me. No kidding!

Best 10x42 Binoculars on the Market!

Posté par CARL PUGH le 31 mai 2024

These binoculars are a major upgrade from the several pairs of Fujinon 7x50 Meibo's I have used for years. They are extremely bright, wonderfully compact and light, and super sharp right to the edges. My only minor complaint is the case provided is unnecessarily large.

    Fantastic binoculars

Posté par Igor le 22 décembre 2021

I've been using Nikon HG 10x42, for hunting, since 2019. They beat out the Zeiss Conquest for me and have been truly fantastic. One of the few pieces of gear I own that I've come to like and enjoy more the longer I have them, hence I owe it to them to write this review.
The field of view is unmatched! I haven't seen any other 10x42 that offers a field of view as large. Edge clarity is great and allows me to effectively glass the entire field of view. The "field flatener" system really does work and reduces that "bubble" look when you are scanning. They focus well and quick and perform very well at dawn and dusk glassing. I am truly impressed with these binoculars and surprised that they haven't received more recognition in the hunting community yet.

The only small complaint I can give them is that the diopter ring which has a "lock" position is not stiff enough and can be unintentionally moved easily when taking them out of my chest harness.
