Loving the FX sensor and the bright viewfinder

    Posted by mth412 on July 10, 2018

I got this camera about a month ago, I had been considering moving to a full frame from my D5000. I have been thoroughly impressed by the camera´s ease of use and the quality of the images. I like to shoot fireworks, and while I have captured some great shots with my old camera, they were never as crisp as I wanted them to be. The viewfinder on the D750 is much brighter and it is easy to see detail even with my old eyes. My first round of fireworks produced excellent results, and I am convinced that they will only get better. All in all a great camera.

    Thoroughly Impressed!

Posted by WeatherGeek on July 2, 2018

Moved up from a Canon 10D and Nikon D3300. Secondary reason for choosing the D750 was my Sigma 150-600mm lens fit the body and works flawlessly.

Camera arrived with complete documentation and manuals for both the body and 24-120mm lens. The ease of transition from the D3300 was near seamless.

My primary subjects are aviation, wildlife and weather and the camera handles all with stunning results. I can often capture print/online ready results with minimal post processing time needed.

Frame rate storage is fantastic for multiple bursts often used in lightning and aviation shots. Dual slot storage is also highly desirable as a backup or extra space.

Though much heavier than the 3300, it´s still manageable, even with a 150-600 attached, though I highly recommend a solid tri/mono pod with the long lens to avoid fatigue, especially shooting overhead.

Definitely a camera to grow with your photographic ambitions

    Posted by kenrph220 on June 28, 2018

I use to use a D300 but I wanted to move up to full frame as well as the option to shoot movies. Its comforting to know that as I grow the camera will keep up with me. A lot to learn but Nikon is there. Its also nice to know that Nikon doesn´t forget about you after the sale. Love the idea I can use my D300 DX lenses on this camera.....but the 24-120 f/4 VR which came with the camera has to be the best all around lens Nikon makes.

    Nikon D750

Posted by OutdoorsPhotoMan on June 26, 2018

Great camera. It would have been nice to have an actual manual to be able to learn this camera. Without an actual physical manual, it´s been hard as the online manual is too big to print and a pain to continuously look at while out learning this new camera. Luckily there is an online manual which is probably better anyway.
Great camera, so many functions and tools for any type of photography. I´ve been doing stills as well as videos. Awesome camera.

    Never going back to DX

Posted by SlimPeek on June 20, 2018

I went from a D80 to the D750 and could not be more impressed with the image quality, and low light performance of this FX. This sensor size and sensibility basically breaks any barriers and allows you to shoot with any amount of light you have available. Never going back to DX.

    Incomparable calidad.

Posted by ZenTao on June 19, 2018

This camera has a very high dinamic range that allows to take pictures in difficult lighting conditions. Is very easy to restore details in the shadow. Until 1250 ISO noise is indistinguishable. Video qualitry is fairly good regarding that Nikon never focused in video segment. Is a camera built for spetialized photography, sturdy and easy handling. Unless you have spetilizedand very high resolution lenses you won´t need more megapixel. Full frame is a professional and different way to take pictures. I will never regret to have bought one.

Excellect camera for travel and semi professional

Posted by Corky on June 19, 2018

When I wasn´t able to use my D300 due to parts I started looking for an alternate with the help at Nikon as well as reviews from fellow users I was able to decide on the D750. I enjoy traveling and use it for events and friends. So I want a camera that´s user friendly and has the´ bells and whistles ´ to create an excellent photo when I aim and shoot .Well this D750 answered what I was looking for .I have used Nikon for over 45 years and I very impressed with their technology .

    full frame goodness

Posted by Jaymez on June 18, 2018

Amazing camera. I went with Nikon because of my good experiences with their point and shoots (L610 L19) as well as a Nikon EM film SLR. After MUCH research, the 750 was the best fit. I am thrilled with my 750, wonderful value, stellar performance.
