    Great all around camera

    Posted by Harvey411 on August 17, 2018

This is my second D750. The first one I bought about 3 years ago and it has been awesome! Love the low light capability and all the adjustments you can make to the camera. It has been pretty sturdy and I use it professionally every day ( I am sports Team and Individual photographer).

    Amazing Camera

Posted by NikonNewby on August 17, 2018

Coming from the D200, followed by the D3400, I was very nervous to make the jump to the D750. (and the fact that I´m still very, very, very new to photography). After lots of research, reviews, etc. I made the jump and am SO glad I did. This camera is very easy to use, feels great in my hands (I was expecting a little difficulty having small hands), and is overall a great camera. The picture quality is incredible.

I love the ´´U´´ features so that I can preset settings for shots I take regularly. This way I am not having to set and reset my manual settings. While I do a lot of my shots in manual setting, I love the scenery options preset on the camera.

Having a 2 card slot helps TREMENDOUSLY when you are taking hundreds of pictures at a time. I read mixed reviews about the lenses I already had from my D200/3400 and how they would not ´´fit´´ best, but honestly they are still really great lenses with the D750.

Having the Autocrop feature is super awesome to have. It automatically detects my DX lenses vs my FX lenses. The picture quality still comes out beautiful.

The low-light capability is incredible. Much better than the D3400. While my night photographs came out great, the D750 blows it out the water.

The only thing I wish I did have that my D3400 has is the Bluetooth capability so that I can automatically sync pictures to my phone. While it´s not a super big deal, I do like having the ability to have my pictures on my D3400 auto sync to my phone through SnapBridge as soon as I take them instead of waiting until I´m at my computer to do any editing.

Buy this one if your budget is less than $2000

Posted by Rickwardimages on August 15, 2018

Researched for ever between this and a few other models, including some Canon choices. This seemed to be the perfect fit for my needs and my budget. I love it. Period. Nothing about this camera holds me back from what I want to do with it. Dont know if paying an extra few hundred for 4K or more fps would be worth it. Maybe someday, but for now this is perfect.

Am a avid hobbyist wanting to go pro when it comes to pictures an entirely self taught and still learning more each time I shoot .. but the shots I´ve managed to get since making the jump from my 5300 have been stellar .. am very happy i made the upgrade and enjoy the more advanced features ..

Great function except for oil spots

Posted by Ernie on July 28, 2018

Was so happy when in December of 2017. I finally was able to upgrade from my D5500 ro the full frame D750. Great function and user friendly but, after 3 months of use started to see spots all over the pictures. Thank God for lightroom! Anyways, took to a local shop (Authorized Nikon repair facility) and they cleaned the sensor. 3 to 4 months later. Spots everywhere again. I expected better for the money invested especially with only 7 months of use.

    I am fully satisfied.

Posted by PetePez on July 24, 2018

I purchased the D750 body in June of this year. My first Nikon was a Nikkormat purchased in 1973 with the Nikkor 50mm 1.4f lense. I can now put my four Nikkor Ai-d lenses to work with this FX body. My results are exceptional. The D750 computer software permits you to attach a manual focus lense, input some data about the lense and shoot in aperture preferred mode. A manual change to the f-stop on the lense updates the camera automatically thereby allowing the body to select shutter speed.
I have used the camera on vacation in Maine and find the camera buffer is sufficient to take multiple exposures quickly. I have had no problems with the camera body at all. I refer to the extensive manual whenever I need to find a better way of doing something.

A fine camera for wildlife shots

Posted by Sureshot on July 20, 2018

I shoot shorebirds using a Nikon 80x400 zoom with a 1.4 teleconverter. I recently upgraded to the D750 from a D610, hoping for a bit more flexibility and perhaps even better autofocus functioning. Preliminary results have been very satisfying, especially since I took a hint to assign the autofocus to the AE-L button. I´m still learning to incorporate features, but, so far, I´m feeling very good about the investment in the 750.

    Upgrade worth the price.

I upgraded from a D5300 and have found the features, photo quality and low light sensitivity to be well worth the investment.
