    Happiness is

    Posted by JLLane45 on August 26, 2019

I´ve been teaching myself photography for the last couple yrs. and recently went from cropped to full frame with the purchase of my Nikon D750. I am now so much more in love with the fact the I´m a part of creating beauty. Macro photography is what I´m most passionate about and the D750is perfect for me. I will forever be a Nikon believer. The learning curve with this camera was almost nonexistent. This camera is a dream and a pleasure. . It will help me grow and keep me focused on my love of photography.

    D750 great package .

This is my first experience with the Nikon FX series I´ve been a user of the DX series from the D 50 all the way to the D7100.
I find my new D750 easy to use since I started out using the cameras in manual mode . The controls are easy to use and I love the size of the grip since I have large hands. This is a awesome camera to use in low light situations such as night shooting .

The More I Learn, the More I Enjoy

Posted by Casual on June 14, 2019

I began my journey into SLR photography many years ago with a Nikon 35mm film camera. Next, a few years of point-and-shoot digital cameras. As I approach retirement, I bought the D750 knowing that it would be a challenge. I have found the learning curve to be very comfortable. The FX format allows me to use my previous film format knowledge without having to re-learn. I noticed that some of the control features are very similar to my Nikon point-and-shoot models. Bottom line: if you are like me (limited knowledge but motivated) I consider the D750 a great camera that you can grow into.

    Great D 750 features....

Posted by DAWest on June 12, 2019

I own several Nikon cameras from Coolpix to F series . Changing the memory card from the Compact card to the SD card and allowing two SD card for this model was thinking out of the box. The Wireless features and remote control options thru your smart phone is leading the pace in the industries. The D 750 is ´´All the Way!.

    Replacement Camera

Posted by PhotoJim on June 11, 2019

I bought the D750 to replace a D610 with a scratched CMOS sensor. The D750 is a significant upgrade. I primarily use the camera with the Nikon 600mm f/4 lens. The lens is large enough that using LiveView or viewing through the eyepiece can be difficult. The tilt screen feature of the D750 is a GREAT option. I wish that Nikon would include this feature in their entire line! I haven´t found anything negative about the camera yet.

    Wow!

Going from a D200 to a D750 is an eye opener! I learned all the basics from my old D200. It helped me learn how to love the activity, not just how to take pictures. I´m 68 years old. With the new D750, I can´t put it down! Pulled me away from the TV! The D750 is light weight, easy to use, built well, and get´s me out of the house. It was not difficult to learn how to use. Glad I stayed with Nikon´s quality!

    DX lens

Posted by Randy on May 30, 2019

O´ve Had D7500 and really liked it. Now I purchased D750 and really love it. I still am learning and looking into different elements in owning D750. One thing I keep looking at is if I should purchase FX lens.
I am using the DX lens that I already own.
The two DX lens that I have been using for 2-3 years, both zooms, are 16-80 and 70-300.
Do O go to same zooms in FX or is there one lens that takes all of the ranges I ?

One flaw ruins this camera - Quality setting on the fly, a terrible ´´feature´´ NO ONE wants.

Posted by GHastain on May 25, 2019

For any professional who intends to take photos in RAW image format, or really anyone who wants to set their image quality and not have to worry about it accidentally changing during a shoot, the quality setting ability of the D750 is a completely useless liability. No one I have ever met needs to switch quality setting on the fly using the control dials. Since all it takes is one slip of the finger during a shoot to accidentally go from RAW to JPEG BASIC, you might randomly find yourself taking low resolution JPEG images during a photoshoot or wedding. Everyone of my colleagues who has significant hours shooting this camera has felt this pain, all for a completely useless and unneeded menu option, WHICH COULD BE EASILY FIXED WITH A FIRMWARE UPDATE. Otherwise a fantastic camera, but this awful firmware setting makes me extremely frustrated.

So far in love with my camera. My 3rd Nikon and second full frame camera. The tilt screen is long over due.
The Wifi with WMU app works great.
