A fantastic full frame DSLR camera!!

Posted by William on November 7, 2017

I have been using Nikon cameras many years dating way back to my college days. About a year ago I upgraded an older Nikon DSLR for the Nikon D 750 and immediately fell in love with it. The camera is very logically laid out, works amazingly in all lighting conditions both indoors and outdoors and has a multitude of setting variables that just blew me away. I use a number of Nikkor lenses but my go to lens is the Nikkor 24-70 mm f 2.8 lens for both studio and street photography. I´m in love with this camera and recently bought a second to save time on photo shoots in changing lenses and settings. A GREAT camera.

    Great But...

Posted by WildlifeMac on November 4, 2017

I really like my D750, especially the 24MP sensor and the beautiful images it captures. My only issues, and they are common complaints amongst wildlife and sports shooters, is that the frame rate could be higher (make it at least 8 fps) and the buffer should be bigger/deeper. I shoot RAW and the D750´s buffer is inadequate when shooting action. Other than that, great camera.

    Dream come true

Posted by Arkeyn on September 27, 2017

After owning this camera for about a year and occasionally using it, mostly for local trips and family photo/video. In general I´m pleased with camera. But things that I would like to see in it is 4k video, I´m pretty much sure if it´s capable to shoot 1080 at 60fps it should at least handle 4K at 24/25fps. I´m pretty disappointed with no touch screen feature. LCD screen is only capable of swinging up and down, when you tilt your camera side-way it´s useless.
But I was aiming at my first full frame sensor camera. I only do photography as a hobby.

    Nikon D750 DSLR

Posted by Emma on August 23, 2017

This camera is fabulous! I focus mainly on landscape photography and the D750 has wonderful high ISO performance; something I was specifically looking for. Crisp images, beautiful colors and my first professional full frame camera. Unfortunately, I had to give this review 4/5 stars because after 5 weeks of owning my brand new D750, the camera had a malfunction and had to be sent to Nikon Repair Services in NY. HOWEVER...I have to say that, in my experience, Repair Services from NY had exceptional service! They were not able to start repair until after 2 weeks (which made me begin to lose hope in them); a new motherboard had to be ordered, however I understand that the time it took the motherboard to arrive in NY was out of Nikon´s control; I won´t hold that against them. I requested an ASAP repair after become nervous that it had been over 2 weeks...and within 48 hours of receiving the motherboard, my camera was fixed and shipped back to me in Michigan and I received it in under 48 from when it was shipped. MUCH appreciated that Nikon in NY made an effort to complete repair and ship it back to me asap. I understand that malfunctions are rare; nonetheless I still had to give 4/5 stars because malfunctions are extremely frustrating and unexpected. But, regarding the camera´s actual picture quality and Nikon´s repair service, I´d give a 5/5 rating! :)

    Exceptional Quality Full Frame Camera

Posted by JayDee on August 17, 2017

I have been using Nikons for over twenty years and the D750´s quality in all shooting conditions is superb, I am totally blown away. As an event and wedding photographer you will be met with varying lighting conditions, weather conditions and locations that are not the best to shoot in, however, the D750 has performed admirably under every condition so far. I have shot action photography at ISO 6400, 24-120 VR Nikkor lens under poor lighting conditions and was able to nail the shots every time. Extremely fast focussing that you don´t even see when the lens focuses sometimes, the subject just appears brilliant and sharp in the viewfinder. The screen is perfect for reviewing photos and the menu system is very easy to follow and well laid out. The camera is extremely powerful and this can be seen in the size of the manual with over 500 pages and numerous functions, options and customizing capabilities. This camera will serve me well like my other Nikon´s have for the last twenty years.

I have two D750´s has my main cameras in my commercial and professional (read corporate, legal, bankers, etc.) business. Reliable, excellent image quality, trouble-free and pro-level build quality. I use several lenses on commercial jobs, but the main ones are the 16-35 f4, 24-70 f2.8, and the 70-200 f2.8. I also use the Nikon battery grips on both bodies.

Véritable machine à produire des photos exceptionnelles

    Posted by Ludo52 on April 15, 2017
