    Product received quickly. Shipped in a box that could have held 30 or more,. big waste. Received a CD that could not be used. Had to use a download version but it did take the license key. Attempted to purchase the download version but was unable to. Other than these issues the product works just fine and no problems

    Won't Work On My D850

    Bought it for my D850. Tried it on 2 computers. The software wouldn't recognize my camera. Was on the phone with tech support and we tried to make it work but failed.

    Good but bad

    Gives control to nearly every feature of the camera, except one which makes it basically useless: it will not allow me to remotely (wireless pilot) release shutter on my D810 while in live view. Why Nikon?
