Z 30

I wanted a camera which could also use my f1.8 Z lens that I have on my Z5 Nikon. This was the perfect choice since it is smaller and lighter. It is one of my favorite cameras now.

I wanted a walk around camera to fit into my z ecosystem. The z 30 fulfills that need well. Same menus, same workflow. And can use z lenses. Very pleased.

Even a novice can take great pics with this camera. Yes there was a learning curve VS point and shoot Iphone pics, but I am very satisfied with the results so far and have some great pics already. My next journey will be playing with the settings more and video. I bought the 2 lens kit, then took it a step further and bought a Z18-140. The 18-140 has been used the most and a wonderful lens. I can see where some reviews have issues with no viewfinder but I started out without one so I have adjusted to using the Z30 with great results. I have not experienced any issues with battery life as others noted. Great purchase and enjoying it

Wonderful travel camera, especially when paired with a 50-250 lens. Much easier to hike and carry through busy tourist destinations without lugging around my D750 w// assorted lens’s. Quick. Crisp. Easy functions. Just wish it had a viewfinder. Otherwise, simply wonderful!

this is the perfect camera for someone who is a beginner like me, I love how easy is to learn to use it and the easy way to connect your camera to your iPhone and share your photos.

My purchase of the Z30 has given me options when shooting professionally or personally. I bought the Z30 to act as a "travel" camera and as a test bed for camera profiles created in Nikon Studio initially. Now I have integrated the Z30 into my photography ecosystem, where it complements my Z6 II, Z7 II, and D750 perfectly. Additionally, I am able to utilize my entire lens arsenal, from my entire legacy F-mount to the current Z-mount platform. Nothing in the quality and performance of what I've adopted as the "Nikon Standard" is lost in the Z30. It has now become my daily grab-and-shoot camera! What a great purchase!

This is a great entry level camera for anyone looking to get into more video work!

I bought this camera body . I had 16 to 50mm lens not being used , a backup to my ZFC with 28 to 400mm .I like the size easy to handle when I don't need my ZFC , It takes great videos and pictures.

Still learning all the features. I love the small, light but solid feel of this camera. It fits in a small fishing shoulder bag and meets my need for a camera I can carry everywhere.
