PROSTAFF 7S 8x42

These are great binoculars. We are using them for bird watching. The field of view and the clarity are great and they are super easy to use with glasses. All round good experience.

Very nice binocular - clear and bright. But it could be much better if it comes with lens cap straps. I bought a pair of Monarch M5 recently, too. M5 does come with cap straps attached to lens barrel. The straps make safe keeping the caps and protecting lens much easier.

I bought these when a Nikon rifle scope went bad. They no longer make the scope product so they gave me a generous voucher to use. Great ergonomics and the rubberized surface feels good to your grip. As sharp and clear an image as you will find on any binocular in this price range. Better than many more expensive ones. Dinged one star because of the terrible objective lens covers. They were bound to be lost and sure enough, while out birding, one disappeared. I've found a replacement product elsewhere on line that I have used before that should work like a lens cover should.

Over the last 60years I have used many binoculars. Swarovski, Leitz, Leica.
The Nikon Prostaff 7s was recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say
they are the best so far. A pleasure every time I use them.

If you buy this you surely won�t be upset! The binoculars have exceeded my expectations tremendously, highly recommend this product!
