    Wonderful Creamy Nikon 50 mm F1.2 Lens

    Love the look of the wide open f stop of this lens. Makes such creamy out of focus backgrounds for pet images that I do for my huskies and an husky adoption service. This lens works great in very low light and focuses quickly with my Z7II and Z8. I would use it in photographing weddings and portraits, but I would use the 50 mm F1.8 if I was hiking. Very happy with this lens.

    Worth Every Penny and Then Some!

    By far, my favorite lens for my Z9. The handling of low light scenarios is simply amazing with the resulting tack sharp photos remaining consistently in the lowest ISO settings. Having the right lens for the situation makes all of the difference. Under many circumstances, I reach for my 24-70 f2.8 and it gets the job done but, when the focal length is not an issue, look for my Z9 to be graced by the presence of my 50mm f/1.2 every time. WORTH IT!

    The lens is amazing. Sharp and fast. I use it for sports and portraits. It is incredibly well at focusing.

    I create photos with the lens wide open and have nothing but amazing results. The NIKKOR Z 50mm f/1.2 S is very versatile. I'm about to apply the lens to astrophotography and anxiously await the results

    Exquisite and utilitarian lens

    The Z 50mm f/1.2S is an exquisite lens that funnels light. It's heavy, but not too heavy to hang over the shoulder. Perceptually, it's not unlike the Z 24-70 f/2.8 to carry around all day. I've started to use it as my everyday lens given how very useful the 50mm focal length happens to be. I also like its minimum focus distance. If I could give this lens six starts, I would!

    Undoubtably the Best Lens I have ever used!! To make such a sharp lens at F1.2 is Unbelievable...I am blown away, Seriously!!!

    this lens deserves name

    The lens wide open is sharp edge to edge and not a hint of vigbetting so no need to stop down for sharpness. The one review says the focus grip is to wide maybe. when im shooting video I like the width and when hand holding I wouldnt mind the foward grip being a little bit wider. For me its 5 stars as i cant give it 4 7/8 its not that big of a knock off to me.
