Incredibly sharp. Must have lens.
This beauty is sharp and fast. Amazing quality and a staple for weddings and portraits. This sits on my Z9 and gives the always important 2.8 aperture.

The gold standard
This lens is now the gold standard of zoom lenses within this range. Yes, it's larger than the kit 24-70, but the payoff is huge unless you are counting ounces for a backpacking trip. For that "epic capture", no need to look at anything else. Too bad Nikon stopped using the gold rings at the rim, because that's the only thing this lacks.

Z 24-200 2.8 review
Nikon user for over 45 years. I decided to plunge into a zoom lens, and glad I did. I've had it 4 months now, taken about 800 pictures. Hard to describe the sharpness and detail this lens provides. It's fast, quiet, and super sharp into the corners.I've taken it on a couple short trips, and really pleased with results.

Nikon sent me a broken lens
I was very disappointed to learn that my factory refurbished lens was broken. I didn’t realize it until we’ll after the 14 day return window, so now I have to pay to fix a lens that I received broken. My advice to everyone: don’t buy refurbished lenses, and always scrutinize you internal lens as much as possible immediately after receiving a lens. I learned the hard way.

fantastic lense
I really like the Z 7 with this lense. It is a very light combination that takes great pictures. Very happy with this. Will be looking forward to more longer range lenses for the Z´s later on.

great lens
Before this lens I was using my f-mount 24-70. It is heavy and hard to use with the Z6 being there is no vertical button on the camera. So I took the plunge and bought its equivalent in the Z series. Its awesome. Its brighter lighter and sharp as heck from end to end. The only problem is manually focusing with the little ring on the end. In low light it tends to not focus and I need to manually override and its darn near impossible other than that I love the lens. Its a great native lens for the Z series.
