    Quality Matters

    I own several of these. Modern batteries are smart and the charger needs to charge them appropriately to maximize the charge and the lifespan of the battery. There is a reason there are 5 contacts in this charger and only two in the knockoff junk on Amazon.

    Junk. DOA out of the box. 1st one died. Bought another. DOA. Looking for a non-Nikon knockoff. Can't be worse than this trash.

    Happy with Nikon MH-25a Battery Charger

    I have been using my MH-25a for almost 2 years (22 months to be exact) to charge my EN-EL15c batteries for my Nikon Z5 camera. The camera gets a lot of use and so does the charger. I has performed as advertised 100% of the time. It is compact, lightweight, and portable.

    No indication of when the battery is fully charged

    This charger does charge the battery, but never notifies you of when the battery is fully charged. It just flashes (slow) orange, but never changes to a green color or some other indication that the battery is fully charged.

    How can you explain the rating of 4.5 stars from 96 customers for this charger on bhphotovideo (authorized dealer), but not here?Anyways, I think this charger does the job right, a bit confusing about the charging times, not sure how long to fully charge, the light stays on hours. Charging too slow a EN-EL15A? Got it with Z6II.

    Mine worked well for about a about a year and now does not charge but just flashes rapidly. Please let me know if there is a resolution to this. I use it for my d7500

    This is the one i have that wont charge a battery after being used 4 or 5 times. Light flashes constantly and rapidly, and wont charge. Terrible product. Mine came with the d750. Was not a stand alone unit

    Charger stopped working days after 1 year of very light use

    The charger stopped working. Since it was out of warranty I opened it up to find that the PCB board inside has cracked, breaking the negative power input entirely, likely from some stress on the moving joint. This product does not need moving parts!

    Stopped working very quickly

    When it worked it was great, stopped after about 2 months. I have to wiggle the cable to get the charger to catch. And thats if it decides to.
