Pretty useful and a great bang for your buck if you do a lot of video work!!
Posté par Alvaro Moser le 20 février 2025
Have used it with my Z6ii & Z6iii on a gimbal and on a tripod, the tripod I used it for runway video content and it was perfect, since one hand had to be on the lens zooming in and out and the other had to be directing the tripod head in the right direction at the same time it made it more convenient that I had this attached to the stick on the tripod so I could adjust things as well. On the gimbal its amazing, I use it for horizontal and vertical work and I gotta say being able to make micro adjustments without disrupting the stability of a video being recorded is a godsend, it basically just feels like an extension of the camera since most of the buttons are in the same exact place as your actual camera. Love this thing 10/10

Great for gimbal or tripod video but needs some improvements
Posté par T D le 1 janvier 2025
This is a handy "remote" grip if you are doing video capture on a gimbal or mounted on a tripod. A USB-C cable is required for use. Depending on location of the camera to MC-N10, the supplied cable may be a little short. The price is quite significant for what appears to be a limited use item. Using it will take a little to get accustomed to; the F1 and F2 buttons are rather small and would be better if they were the same size and placement as they are on the Z camera bodies. This goes for the exposure compensation button as well; the placement is not the same as the camera bodies. You'll have to adjust your muscle memory to use the remote grip. If you don't already have the proper connector or adapter, you'll need to buy one to use the rosette connection of the remote grip. All in all, I need it, so I'll use it to reduce and eliminate the need to touch the camera bodies while recording video or getting a gimbal shot set up. I also hope an updated version will be made that aligns better to the camera bodies so there won't be a need to hunt for buttons or look away while you have a shot composed. Giving it 3 stars for the price and button location/size.
