This camera is awesome!!! It is very compact and lightweight yet lacks nothing in performance. I love the time lapse feature and also the Bluetooth connection to my phone.

The Nikon D5600 is easy to use and is very veritable. I have used it for publications as well as just over the internet. It rugged enough to fallow people cleaning up a stream in the woods, planting flowers to make a building look good and I even use it for personal trips along the Blue Ridge Parkway. It´s easy to use, easy to set an exposure the way you want and excepts the best lens ever made; which can be use for this format picture or large format. Best of all the D5600 is affordable!

    A joy to use

When it came time to upgrade from my old D90 I researched several models before settling on the D5600. What sold me were the advanced features, the wifi capability and the tilt screen. I recently took it to an air show and my photo´s came out crisp, clean and vivid. I couldn´t be happier!

A great camera with a lot of good features.

From the start when I held the D5600 it felt comfortable, light but it feels sturdy in my hands. I had a D5000 before and I didn´t feel lost with the dials and pictograms of my new camera. All the buttons are well placed and easy enough to find. The 3.2´´ touch screen is terrific and makes the camera so easy to use, you can go quickly thru so may menus via the touch screen or if you prefer with the buttons. The SnapBridge app is wonderful, I had no problem setting it up on my iPhone7plus and so far I have not have any problems with it. On top of that my phone can now be used has a cordless remote to shoot pictures, I really like that. I am quite satisfied with the AF system and all the EFFECT modes, exposure modes. I can really be creative and have a lot of fun with this product, good job Nikon!

    Above expectation

The more time I spend with this camera the better it gets. Compared it to other DX cameras and even more expensive 7000 series and camera doesn´t disappoint. Great all around camera especially for travel.

    I have D5600, my mistake

Posted by SamD on March 12, 2018

Yes, it is fast and light and it has some good features. If you intend to point and shoot, it´s great. But for that you don´t need to pay so much.
WiFi,Bluetooth and remote shooting are a killer. SnapBridge,WiFi,Bluetooth are a joke and a headache.
Nice touch the screen and it has some good features, but this camera is more headache than a solution. This is the camera that convinced me to sell all my Nikon gear even at half price and look for other solutions.
Very disappointing. Maybe high end Nikon are good. If so, Nikon should stick producing only that.

    Lightweight camera

    Posted by th51bis on November 17, 2017

I had other camera D 90; and I bought this one, D 5600 for its lightweight and wifi connection.
I liked with its high ISO and larger size of photos, so I can photograph in low light condition.
