5Lots of power, lasts foreverPosted by Gord M, Vancouver, Canada on April 6, 2012 I have three batteries that I cycle through my D80. At the end of each day, I take one out of the charger and put the used one in. Truth be told, I probably only need two batteries.

My oldest battery is five years old and still holds a charge like it is new. My camera says all three batteries are acting like 100% new.

I get about 700 shots per charge (I don´t use the flash much).

One minor complaint -- the camera could be designed to make it even easier to figure out how to put the battery in. But this is a small point and the designers perhaps have done as much as they could.

The charger blinks when it is charging, steady when fully charged. If it were me, I´d have a yellow light and a green light instead. A shorter cord on the charger would make it easier to haul around.

I wish the new Nikon´s took the same battery. I don´t see the need to change the design.

5The first rechargable I´ve likedPosted by Pictureted on July 27, 2010 This is the first rechargeable battery that I´ve liked. They last a very long time, charge well and I can use these in my D90 and future D300s and D700. I hate having to carry different batteries for everything, these make things easier.
