Fast, clear and amazing
Posted by Amateur187 on March 29, 2013
This lens is absolutely amazing for the price.
I recommend it to anyone starting out in photography who wants a lens that will replace the kit one. It´s amazingly fast and takes clear, vibrant photos. The bokeh you get is just fantastic. -

Beautiful Lens
Posted by Xeeshaun on March 5, 2013
I just have bought this lens, took couple of shots; result is AMAZING!!. My suggestion, you should have this lens on your shopping list if you don´t have one. Auto-focus response is quick and colors are just perfect.
Another good aspect of this lens is Bokeh effect. If you are fond of putting Bokeh in your pictures, this is the lens you should not miss. -

Best of the Best !
Posted by Doug S. on February 17, 2013
When I first tried this lens, I had it on my D7000, in a room with minimal lighting and no flash, and the performance of this lens was spectacular. I eventually replaced my 50mm with this 35mm, as my ´´go to´´ lens. It´s great with just about every avenue of shooting. I HIGHLY recommend this lens to any shooter, regardless of experience, you won´t be disappointed at all.

Great for any Nikon camera!
Posted by Frank on January 8, 2013
This lens is just stellar. It´s lightweight, pin sharp, and fast to focus. I haven´t taken it off my camera yet. The hood is a little cheap and it doesn´t do much for flare, but I leave it on for protection. The SWM is really quite quiet and the metal mount is a nice feature. It´s plastic for sure, but it still feels pretty solid. Plus, the price is the icing on the cake! If you have any hesitation of buying this lens, don´t. You´ll be pleasantly surprised with the performance.

Excellent performance; even better price

I can´t say enough good things about this lens. It is fast and capable of use in low light conditions and takes phenomenal portraits. It is also well suited for landscape shots especially in low light. You just can´t beat a super sharp prime such as this. The focus motor is quick and hassle free.

I´m new to dSLR and so happy with this purchase. It´s a great low cost one-lens solution for indoor/low light scene. It performs extremely well in low lighte. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Great lens!
Posted by EthanNikon on December 20, 2012
Right out of the box i was very impressed... As a 13 year old this was the only low light lens i could afford and i feel like i definitely got my moneys worth. I use this with my D7000 and the lens provides a stunning background blur and performs excellently in low light conditions. I would recommend this lens to anyone, even a professional. If your decision to buy the lens depends on these reviews, don´t hesitate! You will not be disappointed!
