Amazing image quality for any distance
Posted by sky3 on January 15, 2020
I love this camera for any reasons, it´s my first DSLR, and very easy to use and learn. The quality is exceptional, WAY better than any IPhone picture. (You heard that, Google.) I´ve been interested in photography for a while, and got the D3500 as a Christmas present. The only thing I would change is how you download photos, the only way to get to your photos is through SnapBridge, and that takes a while. Other than that, I´ve been impressed with this camera, It´s light, small, and can capture a moment extremely well.
I recommend Lightroom for editing! -

Light, Portable yet powerful.

Would give it a 4.5 to be more clear.
Portable and has all the features required of a DSLR. However, if you are a complete beginner at photography this camera may have a bit of a learning curve. -

D3500 Review

Easy to use camera and light weight for product photography, people, or female models. No Tilt screen or external mic connection but great for photography and light video work.

I´m a Photo-Takin´ Crazy Person Now!
Posted by PhotoTaker on October 5, 2019
Had point-and-shoot cameras for many years, mainly because I was scared of trying to learn how to take good photographs with an SLR. I recently tool the plunge and jumped into the ring when I purchased my D3500. I love it! It let´s me go slow on the learning curve to get to know the camera just well enough. I got very confident and purchased my first lens - 35mm non-zoom DX, on my own without any advice and it works perfectly. I´m really impressed with Nikon´s fit and finish. The D3500 is a very solid camera that should do any novice or semi-pro well for years to come.

Great camera...I´m still learning about all this camera has to offer. I´m finding that I want to get out and play with the setting and take pictures as much as I can.

My first DSLR.
Posted by DisneyNikonLover on September 23, 2019
This was my first time really using a DSLR. I have loved it. It was very easy to understand and with the little online classes I have learned even more. I find something new almost every time I use it. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great camera.
